“this place was beautiful charming and well positioned downtown”

“Everything was great but the parking lot could have been better marked with better lighting and signage.”

“We stood at the door to get in and the front desk staff looked at us and didn’t let us in. Was not able to pay with debit even though the website stated you could. Very dirty room, that had a not so pleasing odor. No coffee maker, cups, bottles of water in the room even though we were told there was. Parking is awful. Overall not what we expected from the website but checked in late so just stayed anyway.”

“Well placed near shopping and restaurants and close to the 401. All good, but ask for a room facing away from the highway as it was too loud”

“Clean rooms”

“When I arrived at check in there were two police there with a barely dressed person whom they seemed to be checking out. Then social workers came in as well to deal with the situation. I don’t know what was going on but it made me concerned about the safety of the hotel for guests. The parking lot was in poor condition and the outdoor pool not just closed but scattered with debris. The room was clean enough but the halls and common areas seemed worn.”
