“We had a great stay here at the Sandy Toes. J-P and Lori communicated well and provided quick assistance. Close beach access with nearby activities for kids. Although they only listed a wagon…there is an umbrella and coolers. We left our boogie boards for the next guest. (: highly recommend booking your stay here. Thanks for hosting us! ”

“This house is just as pictured! Beautifully maintained and has all the extras you could possibly need for an incredible beach trip! There were enough kayaks for our family of 5 to go out for the day too. We loved seeing the horses visit daily. The screened in deck was great for morning coffee and watching the horses. The downstairs deck is perfect for enjoying meals and hanging out after a day at the beach. We really enjoyed our stay at this house!! ”

“Great property- had everything we needed. Close to downtown Duck, yet far enough away where we weren’t in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Easy access to Corolla and points South. Located on a private street with access to the beach, a quick 5 minute walk. The pool was a great escape when we needed a break from the hot sand. The house was clean and had all the amenities we could need!”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The home was perfect for the four of us and was equipped with everything we needed. I didn’t note the bathroom details on the listing, if it was there, but one of the bathrooms is a separate room downstairs. This wasn’t a problem for us but could be for some. I would definitely recommend staying here. The house is adorable and the views are beautiful!”

“This house, this location, was all a slice of heaven. We had a blast staying here. The house was so cozy and welcoming with the decor and live plants. Felt like home away from home. There was so much to do. Horse sightings, kayaking, fishing, beaching it, water trampoline, hot tub, games, cornhole… was a special, quality time filled vacation. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to come back next year! Oh… and the ice machine! Never knew I needed that in my life! ”

“Stunning view of Back Bay and a quiet neighborhood made it easy to relax. If you enjoy taking pictures, this is a great place to stay. Wildlife in the early mornings, afternoons and beautiful sunsets in the evenings. Also, it’s a quick walk to the beach and a couple of restaurants. It was cooler when we went, so we used the pickleball courts more than the swimming pools. Triple bunks were not meant for my taller teenagers, but the pullout/futon couch worked great for them. Susan was super easy...
