“Beds were uncomfortable and on a metal box platform that made a hollow banging noise when moving. One of the reasons for booking this hotel was it had a pool. When we arrived the Pool was green and unusable but it was not noted at time of booking. Not what I expected from a hotel chain.”

Poorly designed toilet paper holder was a bit frustrating as the tube kept getting hung up on the two prongs and would cease to turn until being centered again between the two prongs, only to slightly shift again requiring yet another realignment.
