“The free dinner was denied The pool was closed (with no explanation when I asked everyone.The pool was the main reason I booked so many nights there. I had to pay for dinner too. The place was full of drug addicts . My food was taken when left I want a full The BBQ picnic area was closed too There was no milk ”

“Fan in 2nd bedroom rattled and we did not use it. Shower door missing and poorly hung shower curtain messy. No luggage racks upstairs or downstairs or any benches for bags. Only a two seater sofa in front of the TV when it is a family apartment for 6 people. Secure parking on site but well away from this unit 2, which is right on the street and we had disturbance in the early hours from drunks on the footpath outside probably when the close by tavern closed. Not our best experience, but the pool...
