“The elevators were broken, so you have to use the stairs half the time the other one hasn't worked in years. They need to get with the company and fix the elevators”

“I only gave it a 4 is because the bed was hard as hell and also it was so packed it was hard finding parking space”

“Staff was super helpful whenever I had an issue with my payment because I had my card replaced, lobby was never super full, so I never felt cramped”

“The friendly staff creates a warm and inviting atmosphere as soon as you step inside. During our brief stay for the World Cup, they were incredibly helpful in answering any general questions we had about the area. Their great sense of humor also helped to alleviate the stress of traveling. Additionally, the room was much larger than we had anticipated.”
