“Overall was great. The staffs pleasure to deal with. Just a reminder for a 5 star hotel to keep up the room/bathroom maintenance so everything stays nice, tidy, clean, and doesn’t wear out easily thats important thing. As a 5 star hotel, please maintain consistent air-conditioning throughout the building. The hallway near our room was quite warm at times as were a few other areas ”

“I was amazed with all the service. Keep up the excellent work. All staff are very helpful. I’d like to stay there near my brother’s house until I flight back to USA. But the room was fulled and I have to check out and find another hotel. I came to this area for my brother’s viewing and funeral in Cibubur. “Le restaurant ou on prenait le déjeuner (3 ieme etage) etait peut-être un peu trop climatisé. Le linge avait parfois une odeur de poussière. A mon avis il devait être lavé en grande quantité et entreposé longtemps ensuite. Globalement j'ai bien aimé mon séjour. Au début on m'a refilé une chambre pour handicapés, j'ai demandé a changer le lendemain ce qui a ete accepté sans problème. Le personnel est très sympa et avenant. Il y a un indomaret pas loin a 4 minutes a pieds. ”

“Très bon compromis, belle vue, et petit déjeuner très varié et très copieux. Petit problème, les autocars des clients de l'hôtel font un bruit énorme la nuit, ils démarrent leur véhicule plusieurs fois et le laissent longtemps, et le matin ils klaxonnernt beaucoup pour leurs clients mais dérangent les autres clients de l'hôtel ”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Royal Tulip on Guelis mountain near Bogor. The sight of the environment is fantastic. Staff was wonderful, more than professional. Really kind people glad to be of help. Especially Pak Rian of reception was extraordinary by organising personnel to sing Happy Birthday to my daughter, the special gifts, and enquiring afterwards how we liked it. Really good”

“BigLand Hotel Bogor gave me excellent service with a free upgrade. When I got sick, the staff truly cared for me. Clean rooms, multiple restaurants, and a beautiful rooftop with live music. Only issue: nearby mosques start at 4 a.m., but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Overall, very happy stay!”
