“Expedia listing did not say the room I booked was basically a basement prison cell without the benefit of a window. Horrible. No one answers the phone at this property. When you call the number on Google you get charged, even if you hang up the moment you hear the voice saying you’ll be charged. Car Park blocked by bad parker , despite telling the front desk, car did not move so I had to park off site. Never stay at any hotel managed by this chain for the sketchy phone system alone. “The breakfast was the only redeeming thing about our stay. Rooms were old a musty smelling, the carpets were so old and stained and wrinkled in places. The bottled water in the rooms were reused bottles that they top up. ”

“The staff was great and it’s a beautiful venue, unfortunately there was no AC, food at breakfast ran out, the noise level from dogs, other guest and parties was intolerable. Lastly, the spa sauna was broken and the hot tub as well.”
