“Check in was good, pleasant staff. A/C was nice and cold, and the room was clean. Hotel rooms are definitely dated and furniture was really showing its age! There is only 1 ice machine in the hotel and it was broken. Beds were nice and comfortable and the breakfast was good.”

“This place was just okay. They tried to do an update on an old motel and it’s just kind of didn’t go well. The carpet is old and the rooms smell really musty. The paint and caulking etc was done halfway with rust and chipping all showing through. I didn’t use the pool so I can’t speak to that. The bar/restaurant wasn’t opened. There’s not much of anything close by. The outside was decently kept. No elevator so you must lug your stuff up the stairs and you can hear everything regarding other...

“There was absolutely nothing to like about this property. All of the rooms smell horrendous. My family and I walked into the hotel there was a huge fan on and no air conditioning. We got into the room there were spider webs at the top of the ceiling. The bed sheets and pillow case had red spots (blood) even the towel. We tried to shower and had to wait hours and hours for hot water to run in the shower. My son went to shower first and felt only cold water and was screaming non stop. The towel...

“Our stay was great because it was clean and staff was friendly and professional. The area seemed to be suburbanize (landscape was rural with some areas pristine and serene!) The pool was clean and temperature was perfect! The only fault I saw was the water line on the bathroom door. My husband thought they may have had a flood in the past, but it didn't interfere with the cleanliness of our room/bathroom.

“Louie greeted me upon my arrival and gave me a rundown of the property. He was friendly and answered all my questions. He even showed me so much of his art collection! Louie is a wonderful host. I would've loved to talk to him more. I only stayed one night since I was just passing through Akron. I have added The Berrodin Bed & Breakfast to my list of good stops!!”

“The room and property were clean. A/C worked great. We asked (twice) for our room to be cleaned on a specific day, (you have to request room cleaning) it did not get done. After another request was done the next day, which was the day before we left. Danielle did an awesome job!!!! The TV remote was not working very well.
