Our room was clean, the hotel staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfasts were good, plenty of food and things were stocked and clean. I couldn't access the pool with my key card. The workout room was adequate, not super clean and the TV wouldn't come on.

Know when you’re going there that you need to ask for room service. I could not get my room cleaned. My towels were either placed on the desk or on the toilet seat.
