“Staff very friendly! Love the idea of a staff member in the breakfast area! The pool was very clean, my grandchildren enjoyed it morning and evenings! I have always enjoyed staying at a Comfort Suites! Thank you”

“Parking safe and easy”

“I told the front desk person it was a prepaid reservation but they charged me twice. Then they said they couldn’t credit the amount back because I had to wait till the next morning to discuss it with the volte manager, starting 7am. The next morning same story. The person in charge at the front desk said the Manager was not it that day and I had to give them a call to discuss my claim. Very very upset and disappointed ”

“Requested a handicapped accessible room near the elevator or on the first floor. Was given a handicapped accessible room, but on the third floor, farthest away from elevator. Why would hotels even put one of their few handicapped accessible rooms at the end of the hallway, far away from the elevator? The magnetic key cards were horrible and barely let us in the outside side door, the pool, and our room, after countless attempts. Nice hotel otherwise. Would stay again as we like (need)...

“The shower was nice. The first room I got had hair in the bed, then the 2nd room they gave me had hair in the bed and smelled bad, then the 3rd room was acceptable. I did not realize until I was there that it was a Marriott property. I would not recommend nor stay there again.”

“Decent room but mattress needs replacing. No soap or shampoo in containers that I discovered after starting showering. Water pressure was low. Tried to call office three times after showering and no answer. Went to office and front desk person out in parking lot playing games with a ball and friends. Told him regarding soap and he was disinterested. Breakfast was the worse I ever experienced. Little selection and messy. No orange juice in machine as an example. Cereal and waffles only main...

“We had a great stay. The staff were incredibly helpful, let us leisurely leave the pool a little past closing hours either out being pushy. Very happy! The hot tub was hot which was a major plus for us.”
