Flat was not cleaned and rubbish not taken away. 4. Unable to gain access on day of arrival as nobody on duty despite being notified of late arrival. 5. TV was only connected on last day. 6. Some lights not working and were not fixed.”

Front desk staff was very helpful at finding good drivers and other transportation and accessing anything else we needed. Felt very safe and cared for as a Canadian visitor on first trip to East Africa.”
