The rooms and areas were a bit tired looking and worn, for example the towels were scraggy, there was no where to hang a towel in the bathroom, the lock on the bathroom door was dodgy, but the hotel staff in all areas from reception to the spa and the bistro were extremely friendly and professional. “Hotel had plenty of parking, a restaurant, gym with pool and sauna and a Starbucks. It’s located in a really nice new area of Swansea. Room was nice big, the bed was comfortable, How there was a few stains on the carpet. Gym is ok, however changing rooms need to be cleaned more and sauna and steam room have a really strong unpleasant smell. ”

“Nice caravan, good location on the site. Welll equipped and clean. Site is huge, with everything you need. 5 min walk to the beach. Car park space was in an odd location to the front and left of the caravan, and was not very clearly marked (paint on pavement had worn off) and someone parked in our space one night meaning we had to park on the grass.”
