“Very clean hotel but looking a bit tired now, really thinking it needs a bit of a spruce up, upgrade in the rooms. Chipped cabinets, old worn furniture. Quite dated rooms for the park plaza brand. “We were so impressed, it was a last minute booking when we were so exhausted we couldn't drive anymore.
The beds were so comfortable, I enjoyed the pool facilities, so clean and well maintained. The restaurant on site had amazing food and even gave us a big tray to bring our food to the room after room service ended. I would recommend to others and stay again. Thank you to the staff from start to finish 10/10!”

“I liked the bathroom. No ramps in front of hotel for luggage or accessibility for strollers or wheelchairs.Main entrance revolving door broken. Reception desk lacked privacy. No water in room or in reception area for weary travelers. Was not directed to carts for luggage.”
