“L'hotel è già,di suo, di ottimo livello. Ma se ci aggiungiamo l'aperitivo (stuzzichini e birra a volontà) dal lunedi al giovedì lo rende uno dei migliori hotel dei 13 viaggi in usa. Peccato per la solita posizione vicina alla highway senza infamia e senza lode”

“La camera aveva un odore di muffa. La notte ci siamo accorti che c’erano delle blatte (piccoli scarafaggi) che giravano intorno alla televisione. Abbiamo segnalato la cosa alla reception la mattina e ci è stato detto che ci avrebbero dato un riscontro via e-mail (abbiamo lasciato l’hotel) ma sono passati due giorni e non è successo nulla. ”

“Breakfast had the usual, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, fruit. Rooms were clean, shower needs new chalking. Staff friendly and gave us dining tips. Could walk to restaurants and shops at the main corner. Pillows were fluffy. ”

“Guter Durchschnitt mit Wohlfühlfaktor Gesamteindruck: Das Hotel sowie die Zimmer waren absolut ordentlich und sauber. Wenn man einen typisch deutschen Maßstab anlegt, wird man hier nicht enttäuscht – es ist ein sehr solider, sehr guter Durchschnitt. Frühstück: Das Frühstück war insgesamt gut. Fazit: Ansonsten ein wirklich schönes Hotel! Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass man sich hier absolut nicht wie bei einer Massenabfertigung fühlt. Gerne wieder!”

“Hampton inn è sempre una garanzia. Solo la piscina necessitava di una breve pulizia dalle foglie. Per il resto tutto ok.”

“The beds passed the blacklight inspection for bodily fluids and bed bugs which was great...and rare in the hotel industry”

“Our rooms were clean and the A/C worked. The bathrooms were clean as well. Breakfast was good and had a very good variety of options. The staff was friendly and helpful. Especially house keeping and the kitchen staff. The night front desk staff was nice but lacked some professionalism. He seemed bothered by me wanting to switch rooms to be close to my family. Then he could only get 1 key made for the new room and he seemed very frustrated.”

“Kids running unsupervised; not staffed to handle needs, riom had moldy smell”

“ The bathroom drain was clogged with hair, and I had to clear it out myself... There wasn't a drop of shower gel or shampoo—absolutely none. The toilet wouldn't flush either, and the TV kept asking me to connect to the internet, so I couldn't watch it... ”
