Hotel vicino a Youngsville Sports Complex - Youngsville

“La camera aveva un odore di muffa. La notte ci siamo accorti che c’erano delle blatte (piccoli scarafaggi) che giravano intorno alla televisione. Abbiamo segnalato la cosa alla reception la mattina e ci è stato detto che ci avrebbero dato un riscontro via e-mail (abbiamo lasciato l’hotel) ma sono passati due giorni e non è successo nulla. ”

“We have stayed there at least 5 times in the past 2 years and the staff has always been very friendly and helpful!! It has been the same staff and that has been nice to see the same people. For our needs it has been a great place to stay. Close to what we need. Laundry room is so convenient and the exercise room is small but perfect for me. Will stay there again in a few weeks!”

“L'hotel è già,di suo, di ottimo livello. Ma se ci aggiungiamo l'aperitivo (stuzzichini e birra a volontà) dal lunedi al giovedì lo rende uno dei migliori hotel dei 13 viaggi in usa. Peccato per la solita posizione vicina alla highway senza infamia e senza lode”

“We had bugs in and out our room”

“Breakfast had the usual, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, fruit. Rooms were clean, shower needs new chalking. Staff friendly and gave us dining tips. Could walk to restaurants and shops at the main corner. Pillows were fluffy. ”

“Need out door cameras for safety of staff and customers. There was a panhandle’s trying to bumming cigarettes from us. I can’t believe in this time there were no security cameras around this place Holiday Inn needs to step up their security.”

On top of that, housekeeping was incredibly lazy—they refused to bring us extra towels, forcing me to go down to the front desk myself on my second night. The housekeeping supervisor clearly had an issue with us for no reason; we were never rude, yet she flat-out refused a standard late checkout request. To make matters worse, management refused to show me any proof of permanent damage to the towels and...

“This hotel was very clean and the staff was amazing!”

“The room was very clean. A simple continental breakfast (yogurt, cereal, eggs, sausage, breakfast potatoes, etc) was included. My pet was welcomed and the area around the hotel was safe for walking him. I was in town during a busy weekend and parking was a little bit limited, but not impossible. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying there again.”
