“Quando sono arrivato al check in ho presentato la mia carta di esenzione dalle tasse, regolarmente emessa dal governo americano con la mia foto e i miei dati, l’impiegata non sapendo cosa fare ha chiamato la manager che senza spendere tempo ha detto che non era valida e se ne è andata. Alla fine ho dovuto rimediare io tutta la documentazione tramite internet per farmi applicare l’esenzione. “Bell'albergo situato vicino all'uscita di fort myers. Hotel pulito con camere spaziose e dotate di cucina, e' presente una palestra e una lavanderia.”

“You need a new waffle batter. I love waffles, but they were tough to cut with plastic utensils. By the third morning, I gave up and skipped them. ”

“C'era tutto quello che si ha bisogno il bagno grande perché era una camera x i disabili ma poco x appoggiare spazzolini ecc. Però molto rumoroso si sentiva le persone a parlare dall'altra parte della camera.”

(Alaska) it felt safe, comfortable and relaxing there.”

“The staff are always soo attentive! Every time I visit Fort Myers I stay at that hotel and the staff gets me in and out even down to the staff who so kindly cleans the rooms. I travel with a physical disabled mother and highly active autistic brother and they accommodate our needs. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the hotel is quiet so my brother is never overwhelmed by overbearing noise. I honestly couldn’t ask for a better experience everytime I stay”
