“When arriving onsite, check in with the agent was short - not very welcoming. Once we got into the room instantly knew it was not okay to stay in. The room was so outdated and not very clean. “The shuttle service I promised was unavailable; I told them that was not okay and I needed a ride to the hotel from the airport. The desk person told me to call back in 10 minutes and she would try to call an Uber. After 10 minutes I called and nobody answered, I made multiple calls and could not get thru for 20 minutes. I was then told I would have to wait another 25 minutes for an Uber - completely unacceptable. Service was slow at check-in; breakfast not so great.”
