“Our stay at WoodSpring Suites in Miramar for F1 weekend was disappointing. While the check-in agent was helpful, the room left much to be desired. The bed was an uncomfortable spring mattress, and the pillows were stiff and clunky. The AC was loud, which didn’t help with sleep quality, though the room was at least clean. The worst part was checkout: at 8 a.m., no one was at the front desk—just a roll-down gate. There’s no staff after hours either, so if you have an issue, you’re on your own. We...

“This location was convenient to everything...good food, gas stations, and shopping! We loved it. And for someone who is highly allergic to feathers - putting in a request to have a feather-free room and actually having a feather free room is something that then night manager was 100% on top of! I can't thank him enough. This is the first hotel room in years where I've check all pillows and all were 100% polyester! Congrats on doing what others cannot! Kudos!”

“the room was clean, but they did not drop towels every day. the staff was not great but they tried. i requested a room with two beds and a couch, there were two beds but no couch. they couldnt get a couch, i asked for a couch as we had 3 pepole staying in the room and was told that there would be a couch when i made the reservations. there was no contanintal breakfast. no coffee until 10 am.. ”

“Water was leaking in my room. Hotel phones were not working. I called multiple times via my phone but nobody answered. And one time a person picked up and told we are not the ones whom you should call front desk. I asked what is the front desk number and she replied don’t know and hung up. Today while checking out I told them and they just gave me managers card and told to email a complaint to manager. Ridiculous service.”
