Hotel vicino a Cypress Pines Country Club - Miami

“La struttura è nuova, la stanza pulita e bagno impeccabile. L' unico problema che abbiamo riscontrato è che abbiamo fatto una prenotazione per 5 persone che quindi dormiva su un divano letto che non era stato preparato dal personale. Siamo arrivati tardi e abbiamo dovuto fare il letto. Per il resto ottima colazione, parcheggio esterno e anche piscina piccola esterna”

“I had no idea this was an extended stay! Day one, the elevator was wobbling between floors and took a day or two to fix, not accessible to persons with disabilities. The windows only opened a pinch, the room was stuffy and the air conditioning was not working so we had to sweat it out until someone could possibly come fix it. The next day the toilet water stopped and did not flush. So we switched rooms, luckily the room next door was available. A couple times we had to go ask for towels because...

“All the rooms are molding and in a very poor condition. No shower towels available, ill never be back.”

“The hotel receptionist who greeted me on arrival looked after me well and was very nice to me, but the lady who arrived in the afternoon was not as nice. She needs to be trained to look after customers better. I would recommend it to the sales manager of the hotel. My best regards”
