“the room was clean, but they did not drop towels every day. the staff was not great but they tried. i requested a room with two beds and a couch, there were two beds but no couch. they couldnt get a couch, i asked for a couch as we had 3 pepole staying in the room and was told that there would be a couch when i made the reservations. there was no contanintal breakfast. no coffee until 10 am.. ”

“Our stay at WoodSpring Suites in Miramar for F1 weekend was disappointing. While the check-in agent was helpful, the room left much to be desired. The bed was an uncomfortable spring mattress, and the pillows were stiff and clunky. The AC was loud, which didn’t help with sleep quality, though the room was at least clean. “I stayed here 3 weeks and enjoyed every minute. Cynphony at the front desk and Zack in management were on top of everything. Thank you.”

“Water was leaking in my room. Hotel phones were not working. I called multiple times via my phone but nobody answered. And one time a person picked up and told we are not the ones whom you should call front desk. I asked what is the front desk number and she replied don’t know and hung up. Today while checking out I told them and they just gave me managers card and told to email a complaint to manager. Ridiculous service.”

“Clean and very close to the airport and to the Intermodal Center so fairly easy to move from Miami out and from/to the airport. Breakfast quite miserable but rooms clean and comfortably enough. Pretty good price”

“The hotel receptionist who greeted me on arrival looked after me well and was very nice to me, but the lady who arrived in the afternoon was not as nice. She needs to be trained to look after customers better. I would recommend it to the sales manager of the hotel. My best regards”

“This location was convenient to everything...good food, gas stations, and shopping! We loved it. And for someone who is highly allergic to feathers - putting in a request to have a feather-free room and actually having a feather free room is something that then night manager was 100% on top of! I can't thank him enough. This is the first hotel room in years where I've check all pillows and all were 100% polyester! Congrats on doing what others cannot! Kudos!”
