“We booked this hotel through Expedia expecting a clean and comfortable stay. Unfortunately, upon arrival the first room had serious cleanliness issues, including a noticeable ant infestation and an inappropriate item found under the mattress. We immediately reported it and were moved to another room, but that room had a non-working air conditioner. “I booked through expedia for a room that said it could sleep 6 people with a king bed and a pull out couch (we have 4 little kids). When we got there, they said they dont have any rooms that sleep six people, and we had to get a roll away bed. It worked out okay, since our kids are small, but definitely not what we were expecting. The room was clean and i liked that it had vinyl floor and not carpet. The breakfast was so-so, same thing every single morning. Staff was friendly. ”

“Air conditioning didn’t work, fridge didn’t work and was extremely dirty, microwave was dirty, shower curtain and one of the bed covers had mystery stains, and the front door was very hard to open and close. However the lobby workers were extremely nice and made the process easier also let me have my dog even though they had a policy change however the room keeper lady was rude. ”
