“Needs an update. Better, newer hotles around them.”

“My speaker was left behind and someone stole it. I tried calling as soon as I checked out to tell someone at 5am since I had a flight, I send a message and 3 days later still haven’t received a response. When someone finally answered after multiple attempts the said it “wasn’t found” I waited to unpack to send this response just to make sure I didn’t accidentally pack speaker. I checked in on Thursday night, left my “do not disturb” sign off the door on Saturday expecting to have the room...

“As soon as you enter this hotel, you can feel how clean and tidy it is. The front desk staff are especially friendly. Although the hotel isn't large, it offers a complete range of facilities, making it a great value for money!”

“Nor enough parking spaces. Parking lot full of potholes. Toilet would not flush on first flushing, had to continually hold handle down until finished. Dirty spots (rust or mold) on ceiling.”

“There was construction happening on the exterior of the building, painting I believe. So many of the parking spots were blocked off and the windows were covered for the painting. I would not had stayed here if I had known that. The eggs at breakfast are awful, everything else is okay. It's a nice hotel were were only there for a night.”

“The property was clean, the fragrance that is used is pretty overwhelming when walking in the entrance. The front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. The whole check-in process was very fast. Upon walking in my suite there was a smell, like an old smell, if that makes sense. I think some of the furniture and carpet needs to be updated. The bedroom and bathroom were cool. The full kitchen was an added plus. Even though I only used the refrigerator. They have a bin for garbage and soiled linen...

“Staff was extremely polite and healthful despite not having any water fountains or water coolers available on the premises hence the four-star review everything else was okay. It also sucked that they didn't have in-room hot tubs like they promoted online”

“Breakfast was good a few choices. Staff was friendly, comfy beds, quiet. The reason for 3 stars I got down graded a my room. I reserved a junior king suite got a regular king room. No discount, or anything to make it better. Will not stay here again”

“Friendly staff and very helpful. Clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was lacking (waffles, cereal, and toast only; wasn't expecting eggs or anything as it's described as Continental but some fruit or yogurt would help). Noisy neighbors one night but that's not the hotels fault. Worth the price.”

“I’ve stayed here a lot over the years. Very clean and quiet with plenty of food options. The staff is great and the bar is always a great place to relax and unwind.”

“Hotel was nice. Clean, comfortable bedding. Only one elevator was working. Breakfast was great one day, not so great the next and opens a bit late. Showers can only be turned on from inside which is fine if you don’t mind being sprayed with cold water. Overall the stay was fine, no major issues.”

“the hotel was very nice and the young lady at the desk was very helpful. it is a shame that the visit had to be let down by some basic problems. i have never seen hotel with such low water pressure. i do not know if this was a problem with the hotel or the local water system. there was hardly enough water pressure to adequately wash my hands. on top of that, they provide no small bars of soap. just some liquid soap mounted awkwardly too high on the wall to use easily. maybe they need to install...
