Great hotel

The hotel has an amazing atmosphere and view. Very relaxing and out of the city mess and chaos. The cheap bike rent makes easy to go to the city center (5 min). He personnel is very friendly and nice. Breakfast is good as well!

We stayed 3 nights in a bungalow which had a rustic and cozy atmosphere. Beautiful mountain view. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was pretty basic

Mattress needed to change.

The location is okay but unable to go to the city unless you call for taxi. The bed is horrible because the mattress is worn out. When we sleep, it crave in just like a bucket in the middle.

Think twice

Room was cold and damp. A strong mildew odor with a crawling slug by the bathroom. There was no source of heat and the room was unsealed from the elements.. Hotel was far away from everything.and not easly walkable even if you had a reason. I left early giving up 2 paid nights. The host was helpful and understanding. I feel bad with this review but felt it important.

Beautiful resort shame about some major issues!

Lots of potential if they sort some major things out. I was travelling, solo, stayed in the Deluxe Bungalow, beautiful view over the valley just like I asked for my birthday so I was happy! The whole place has character and rustic feel with amazing views if you love nature then it’s wonderful. + Room service was good and lady always tried to be as helpful as she could (with the language barrier taken into account) + Breakfast good, but limited, I just had eggs and bread with jam, that’s enough for me (for 2 days) + Beautiful scenery and nice cosy room! - NO HOT WATER - It runs out after 2 minutes. I couldn’t wash my hair in those days or finish shower properly. They told me to shower next door, but no hot water there either) I stayed for 2 nights and it was the same every time morning+evening. It was bearable but really unpleasant, if I had to stay longer I would look for another hotel. - VERY cold when it’s bad weather. They kindly gave me a hot fan, but its big room and has wooden doors with holes and you can feel draft coming from all sides. - The locks on the wooden balcony doors flimsy and don’t align with the holes. This needs to be fixed as it doesn’t feel safe. - Says 24 hour reception, but is not. The security man who picks up the phone at night doesn’t speak a word of English and hangs up the phone. If something was to happen you don’t have anyone to speak to! - Maybe a mistake but previous guest underwear left in the room. Was my room cleaned before?

The bungalow looked great however, the gap between roof and wall will be huge problem for damp, wet in the room when the weather gets wet. Breakfast was not great, wasn't a lot of choices and quality was just average. Osaka village has a stunning view from each bungalow and staff is lovely.

Phòng khá đep, view đẹp, chỉ có điều làm vệ sinh dơ và cẩu thả quá. Ksan cần cải thiện vấn đề này để giữ khách tốt hơn. Mất điểm chỉ vì chuyện nhỏ này thì uổng lắm.

Great affordable cosy location

Good size bungalow. Great location very close to chairlift and datanla falls. Free breakfast was small but nice. Bed was a little hard but all services were good including in house dinner delivered. Only major issue was dogs barking all night from front villages. The back villages would be quieter but check if they have sorted the dogs out

Sn excellent location!

Osaka resort is favorite place whenever I visit Dalat. This is my 2nd stay at this resort within the last 6 months! The stand-alone bangalore is builted on half of the land and half on the pillars. The enviroment is excellent with hills and valleys and only 10' taxi (vnd40,000 or less than us$3.00 one way) to the city center. Breakfast is only two choices of dishes, not a buffet style, but its okay for me.

One of the best places to stay for relaxing

A good place to live in a natural atmosphere with hills and trees. Only 10' taxi to the Da Lat center. The units came with a lot of curtained windows so you can view everything down to the valley. Dieu, a receptionist, is so nice and helpful. She didn't mind to walk to my bungalow informing the arriving of the taxi after I had made a requested call earlier to the taxi company. There is no buffet breakfast so you can choose only one of the two a la carte menu with a drink and artichoke tea. That's okay for me. I will come back to stay here in the future certainly.

Who let the dogs out

On arrival the view takes your breath away .The accommodation is bungalow style very spacious with a large bed lounges and chaise lounge . The bathroom is separate . Very comfortable . There is very steep stairs to get to your room . Mountain goat country . Only for the surefooted . The staff were delightful couldn't do enough for us .my only negative is that there are a lot of dogs around that barked all day and all night.

Who let the dogs out

On arrival we were overwhelmed by the spectaculR views and quaintness of the Japanese style accomadation. The bungalow was spacious and well furnished with a comfortable bed and sofas and chaise lounge. The bathroom was separate and adequate. There were very steep steps up to each bungalow and the resteraunt where you had to really watch your step. Mountain goat country, the only for the sure footed! I cannot fault the staff. They far exceeded any expectation expected although sometimes the language barrier was a evident. My only negative was that numerous dogs barked all day and night to the point of madness !!! A beautiful part of the country and if you are looking for views this is your place.

Bungalow with a view

Breathtaking views from the bungalow room. Location is 5 on 5 most excellent, just outside the city nice and quiet. Staff is most welcoming and very helpful even if at times we did not always understand. The bungalows are very large with lots of furniture, very clean and beautiful Asian decor. Motorbikes can be rented to visit the area and the drive up to the hotel is quite beautiful day and night. Close to bus station and a lovely newer cafe called Dalat Nights with amazing view while enjoying a hot café.
