Khi nhận phòng, chúng tôi khá bất ngờ khi phòng không có view như quảng cáo của khách sạn. Phòng rộng rãi phù hợp với lưu trú gia đình, khách sạn gần trung tâm Dalat, chỉ có điều trần phòng bị thấm nước (đen), remote bị mất nằp đậy pin, tách và dĩa uống trà bị mẻ. Chốt khóa phòng tắm và chốt khóa phụ cửa phòng chính bị hư. Có trà nhưng không có cafe và máy sấy tóc. Đề nghị có máy sấy tóc do thời tiết ở DALAT khá lạnh

Voorlopig niet boeken!!! DON'T GO!!! Renovation!!!

Boek hier voorlopig niet! Overal stof, boren, timmeren. Op de gangen uit elkaar gehaald meubilair en deuren. Ramen en deuren sluiten slecht waardoor het waait in de kamer en het was koud. Heb er een dekbed bij gevraagd. De aardige mevrouw van het restaurant doet haar best om duidelijk te maken dat je kunt kiezen uit brood met ei of jam en thee. Op de 6e verdieping lagen allemaal bouwmaterialen dus maar niet geprobeerd boven bij het café te komen. De douche is alleen voor slanke mensen want de deur draait naar binnen waardoor je je tussen de muur en de deur moet wringen. De dames bij de receptie doen hun best om je te helpen. Vlakbij Sinh Tourist voor bus en excursies. 10 minuten lopen naar de nachtmarkt.

Most Horrible Hotel Ever Stay

Travel to Dalat by bus from HCM, reached 4am. Knowing that, I booked 2 rooms starting from previous date, so that we can have a resting place once reached. Upon arrival, there's only one staff around and he's sleeping on the benches. And he's first response after receiving my booking printout, "You can't check-in now!!" Why can't I check-in if I've booked starting the date before??? Next, we went to our rooms, first room wasn't done up. Mattresses were out of bed frame, whole room was messy. Second room, no power. Both are at level 4. Rooms are without "Room Make Up" sign board, cleaner will clean your room when "Do Not Disturb" sign wasn't hang on the door. OMG!!! This hotel staffs are not up to standard and dishonest. After a long day tour, back to the room, the room was very neat but money in a jacket were gone. I went straight to front counter, looking for hotel manager, I was told manager wasn't in hotel, the staff is the only one around. What a hotel without any management staff around at anytime. After reporting all incidents, the staff just apologise and will report them to manager. Even demanded to see manager the next day, it never happen. I, hereby, DISCOURAGE everyone to stay in such horrible hotel. I do believe there are better one around.

달랏센터와 가까우면서도 언덕너머가면서 조용하고 주변에 신카페와도 가까워요. 직원분들이 너무친절하세요.아침밥은 그가격대에는 좋은것 같아요.적극 추천합니다

Freundlicher Empfang, schlechtes Frühstück, sehr schlechte Massage (in kalten, ungemütlichhen Kellerräumen), schöne Aussicht aus Café im obersten Stockwerk. Keine Infos zu Touren o.ä. Das war alles.

Slidt og lurvet hotel

Utrolig søde receptionister. Resten af hotellet virkede slidt, som om at det havde haft sin storhedstid, med masser af gæster. Nu virkede det lidt dødt. Hvis vi kom efter ni til morgenmad, kunne vi ikke få noget.

베트남에서 제일 비싸게 묵었으나 제일 불만스러웠던 호텔

1) 장점 : The Sinh Tourist 사무실과 가까워서 해당 버스 이용시 편리함. 2) 단점 - 신뢰할 수 없는 호텔 서비스 a) 데스크에 여권을 보관하는 문제 처음에는 '베트남'에서는 여권을 데스크에 맡기지 않으면 투숙이 불가능하다고 설명받음. 그래서, 다낭과 나짱의 호텔에서는 여권이 필요하다고 말하니 확인하고 돌려받았다고 대답함. (실제로, 다낭 두 곳, 나짱, 달랏, 무이네의 호텔에 숙박하였으나, 여권 원본을 반드시 데스크에 제출해야하는 호텔은 이 호텔이 유일했음) 그랬더니 말을 바꿔서, '달랏'에서는 여권을 데스크에 맡기지 않으면 호텔 투숙이 불가능하다고 다시 설명함. 이유가 무엇이냐고 물으니 야간에 원본 여권으로만 이것이 실제 여권인지 확인한다고 함. 여권 원본을 데스크에 맡겨야만, 그것도 야간에만 그것을 확인할 수 있다는 점이 부당하다고 항의하니, 하루만 맡았다가 다음날 아침에 주겠다고 함. 그렇지 않으면 숙박이 안된다고 해서, 어쩔 수 없이 하루밤동안 여권을 데스크에 맡기고 숙박함. 여권 분실 시 호텔이 민사적 책임 밖에는 지지 못하고, (여행자가 민사적 책임을 호텔에 묻는 것은 현실적으로 불가능함.) 전자여권으로 불법적인 복제도 가능한 상황에서 여권 원본을 맡기지 않으면 숙박을 못한다는 것은 매우 부당하다고 판단됨. b) 객실 내 흡연 체크인 시 흡연 가능 객실인지 문의하니, 호텔 전체가 금연 호텔이라서 안된다고 설명함. 상황을 이해하고, 배정된 객실에 들어가니 재떨이가 있길래 다시 내려가서, 재떨이가 있는데 흡연이 가능하냐고 다시 물으니 데스크 직원은 말을 바꾸어 흡연이 가능하다고 설명함. 호텔의 정책이 있는 것인지 매우 의심스러움. (호텔의 접객 스텝은 영어가 매우 유창했음으로, 의사소통 문제는 아닌 것으로 보임) - 소음 : 달랏에 휴양 목적으로 방문했으나 전혀 목적을 달성할 수 없었음. 호텔 1층 인테리어 공사 중. 호텔 뒷편 가까운 곳에 건물 신축 중 (그라인더 소음, 망치 소음 등) 호텔 뒷편 신축건물 뒷편 학교에서 들리는 브라스밴드 연습 소리. 호텔 뒷편 (위치는 정확하지 않음) 가라오케 소리가 하루 종일 계속됨. (매일은 아님) 호텔 복도에서 단체관광객들의 소음이 방으로 그대로 전달됨. - 호텔 관리상태 창측 벽면 및 창틀 가장자리에 곰팡이 있음. 샤워부스 문이 콘크리트 구조물에 닿아서 닫히지 않음.

close to downtown , quite and neat room

First it's very close to downtown, the Dalat market, the lake, and Sinh cafe. so it's easy to find the hotel and getting around the downtown by walking. and it's very quite and calm. The room was clean and neat even though it was not that refined, luxurious. And the best thing was the kindness of the reception staffs. they were always kind and nice. it made me very comfortable and good feeling.

Pretends to be better than it is

This is an OK hotel in Da Lat, not bad, but not super good as well. Some things in amenities list, like sauna, are for a fee and not cheap.

Loud and Uncomfortable and my shoes were taken

Thi Thao was one of the worst hotels i have stayed at, paid for 3 nights only lasted 2. The bed was rock hard to the point it was difficult to sleep in, and the walls paper thin could hear EVERY thing, form both outside and inside the hotel we were woken up @ 2:30 am both days by a rooster who continues to crow till sun up. Also the shower door opened inside the shower, so if you are a larger person you may not even fit into the shower recess...Do not book here if you are over a Aus size 16.... you will not get in the shower. The reception staff were pleasant enough, however when we left i realised that i had left my shoes in the room. We went back and staff stated that they were not there however i knew that they were there when we left, asked to talk to the manager and staff looked at us blankly and said that my shoes were not there? Also our room was only cleaned on one of the days, they just skipped it on the 1st day we did not put any do not disturb signs out. We moved to the best western for an extra $12 per night and got breakfast included best move ever, clean comfortable great service, my partner left his laptop in the room and housekeeping called us to let us know!

Delicious breakfast, excellent pool!

The hotel was nice, clean and conveniently located. The big draw though would have to be the awesome, big buffet breakfast and the gorgeous pool! The hotel staff was also very helpful in booking other things. Conveniently, you can rent bicycles from the hotel for a quick trip to the beach!

Nice Room

Room was big, clean and comfortable. Staff English wasn't great which lead to some confusion. The facilities of the hotel (jacuzzi, restaurant) were not made clear, and a room service menu in my room was not able to be ordered from. When I called the desk they had no idea what I was asking for and gave me the extension for the restaurant, which didn't work. The location was great, just a 2 minute walk to the market and 5 minutes to the lake.

Gutes Preis-/Leistunghsverhältnis

Lage und Ausstattung waren sehr gut allerdings fehlte der angegebene Zimmersafe. Wertsachen können an der Rezeption deponiert werden. Restaurant, Cafe und Bar befinden sich im 7./8. Stock mit fantastischem Rundumblick.

設備は普通です。Wi-Fiも問題ないです。冬にいったんですが、スタンダードルームだからか、暖房がなく夜は寒かったです。クリーニング代金がかなり高いので要注意。 スタッフはどこか疲れており、あまり観光の相談にのってはくれませんでした。英語を話せるスタッフも限られています。親しみさを求めるなら、断然ゲストハウスをお勧めします。

Nice hotel

Great hotel about five minutes out of the centre. Near sinh cafe bus station. Jacuzzi was hard to find and staff a bit unfriendly there.

Budget Price and OK!!

The Staff in the little Hotel are first Class. The Bell Hop was a Little lazy to help most of the time. The Room had plumbing problems the shower was not sealed with Silicone so water was all over the floor. The sink and Shower did not have a water trap and the smell of sewer gas was very bad at times. No way to heat the room and it was cold, which is the problem in my new hotel. Good Location a few buildings down the hill to where you can rent a motorcycle. I stayed 7 days and for the price it gets 2 Stars. The Staff are very nice and helpful.

The staff spoke little English, but tried hard to help. There was no in-room safe even though it was advertised as having one. Breakfast was acceptable although nothing special.
