“Staff are excellent and service in restaurants very good. 3 bed villa was excellent but outside surfaces ( decking) beep cleaning as covered in smog/ residue which then gets into the villa on your feet. This is a good resort and well worth a short break on the beach ”

“This is a huge five star hotel with a beautiful ambiance, however the service does not match the five star rating at all. Our rooms were beautiful with a picturesque ocean view. As expected, it was clean and comfortable. However, in a hot place like Hoi An, not providing unlimited water is not acceptable when even 3 star hotels do this. “The room and view were exceptional. The staff was always helpful with tee times in coordinating drivers. I highly recommend. I stayed here for almost 2 weeks and played about 10 rounds of golf on the property. The golf was excellent aside from the greens which were the worst greens I've played in my life. Many of the greens had 50/50 grass and clay. With that said, I would still go back!”
