Lake Happy by Big Fish Real Estate Group at Lake Martin

Lake Happy by Big Fish Real Estate Group at Lake Martin is a stunning two-story home located in The Point subdivision. Enjoy a relaxing getaway in a quiet secluded neighborhood. Big water views that have almost 200 feet of waterfront with deep, year around water, with a floating dock on the end. One of the best waterfronts in the area and the biggest dock in the community! Fall in love with the open floor plan with a large kitchen, dining, and living area! The primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is located on the main level. You’ll also find a powder room on the main level. Lake views from the master bedroom, living room, and upstairs loft area! Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms and a loft/second living area with 2 sets of twin bunk beds. One of the bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom and there’s a full bathroom in the hallway.
Outside you will find a fabulous sitting area with a gas grill and dining area. Please enjoy the kayaks that are at the property as well.

Centrally located in many hot spots, Lake Happy is just minutes away from Harbor Pointe Marina, Bluffs Daiquiri, Chuckwalla's Pizza and Marina, and the famous Chimney Rock! Approx. 30 miles from Jordan Hare Stadium, 1-hour drive from Montgomery, and a 2-hour drive from Birmingham Airport.

PLEASE NOTE: Water levels can fluctuate (even at full pool) due to the lack of rain. Big Fish is not responsible for any inconvenience this may cause. You can download the Alabama Power Shoreline app and monitor the water level from there. If we meet the requirements for the fall extension, the winter pool draw down will begin on October 15th each year. Please be aware of this if you are booking in the fall.

Kayaks MUST be put back in pine straw.
The total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
Absolutely NO street parking.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of in the provided dumpster at the main entrance and dishes washed.

We had a terrific stay at Lake Happy! Kitchen was well stocked and home very clean! Needed a little more seating in the living room but we made due with a few of the deck chairs. Would definitely book again!

We spent quite a bit of time outside and the deck /back porch was not very clean. There should also be a larger trash can on site for a house this size. It is inconvenient to have to walk trash to the dumpster. Only 1 television worked for the first 36 hours we were there. That issue was corrected but seems that it could have been avoided.

Lake Happy Review

A very nice relatively new property in a handy location. A really nice large dock but doesn’t have a cover. Most everything was clean but I spent over 2 hours cleaning the bbq. There were some minor maintenance problems. Dead batteries were common. There was only 1 light of a large string of lights on the back porch that worked. It seems the outside paint is about in need of repainting. But We’d stay there again.

Graduation celebration

We had a great time. The house was big enough to accommodate all 11 of us. The parking in front of the house is limited, so it was nice there was extra parking at the entrance to the neighborhood next to dumpster. ( we had 6 cars because of family coming from out of town) The house parking only accommodated 3 cars. The only complaint we had was the grill, it was not checked by housekeeper and someone had a fire and used the fire extinguisher and left the empty sitting inside on grill grate . My husband cleaned the grill, so we were able to use it. The place is nice, we had a great celebration!
