Benvenuti in paradiso! Un'esperienza che non dimenticherai ... Nuovissima casa con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni completamente attrezzata, fantastica rimessa per imbarcazioni e accesso a "Big Water"! Idealmente situato vicino a ristoranti, negozi e 30 minuti da Auburn!
Questa casa sul lago serena dispone di 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni e può ospitare 8 persone. Offrendo una posizione privilegiata a soli 25 miglia da Auburn. La nostra casa è nuova di zecca! È stato completato nell'ottobre 2018. La casa è decorata su misura nel Lago Motif, assolutamente incredibile! La nostra casa offre un'enorme zona giorno con un'enorme TV a schermo piatto da 75 pollici. La nostra cucina completamente attrezzata comprende tutto il necessario, una caffettiera tradizionale con caffè, teglia speciale per pizza, spezie e un wine bar con molti bicchieri di vino. Il tavolo della sala da pranzo può ospitare comodamente 12 persone e la grande isola può ospitare altri due.
Tutte le camere sono splendidamente decorate e ogni camera è dotata di TV a schermo piatto! La camera da letto principale è estremamente grande con un letto king size, cabina armadio e bagno privato con vasca da bagno e doccia piastrellata. La seconda grande camera da letto è la nostra elegante camera e dispone di un letto matrimoniale, una zona salotto e cabina armadio. La terza camera da letto è decorata in stile americana, (adoriamo i nostri Stati Uniti!) Ha due set di letti a castello. Se stai cercando la vacanza perfetta per te e la tua famiglia, non cercare oltre! Questa è un'ambientazione ideale incastonata in una palude privata vicino a Chimney Rock, alla Marina di Chuck e alla Grande Acqua del Lago Martin incontaminato!
Rilassati in riva al lago sul molo o nella darsena osservando la famiglia godersi il lago. Con viste spettacolari del tramonto e dell'alba troverai ampio spazio per te e la tua famiglia. E ci sono molte sedie a sdraio e mobili da esterno. I tuoi bambini, compresi i bambini adulti, non si annoieranno mai!
La proprietà è situata in una palude privata direttamente sull'acqua. Questo lo rende un luogo sicuro e rilassante per galleggiare e nuotare. Molto adatto ai bambini. Ottima area per nuotare in una zona sicura non marittima. Proteggi la tua barca e il PWC nella darsena o sul molo. C'è molto spazio per diverse barche! Questa casa ha tutto il necessario per il massimo ritiro sul lago! Ottimo per famiglie, escursioni di pesca e di caccia, un rifugio tranquillo, frequentando Auburn Football o altri eventi di Auburn.
FYI: Abbiamo acquistato questa proprietà di 2 1/2 acri con 280 piedi di fronte d'acqua nel 2018. Holiday Cove è un complesso di 4 case vacanze sul lago Martin a Dadeville, in Alabama. Le case condividono 2 aree picnic separate con tavoli, sedie, barbecue e pozzo del fuoco. Le case condividono anche una casa barca comune che ospiterà 4 barche full-size, un molo in cui 2 barche possono legare e un padiglione coperto di 25 "X 30" con molti tavoli e sedie. La rimessa per imbarcazioni e il padiglione offrono 1.600 piedi quadrati di spazio coperto e ombreggiato. Queste 4 case possono ospitare 48 persone. Perfetto per grandi riunioni di famiglia! Ogni casa ha vista sul lago e accesso al lago. La proprietà è meravigliosa!

Another mom and I brought a group of girls who are juniors in high school. We were thinking we should have rented a boat, but the girls had the best time just hanging out on the beach and using the kayaks, canoe, and paddle boats to keep them entertained!The house was very clean (I'm picky!) and had all of the utensils, pots, and pans we needed to cook dinner one of the nights.I also appreciated that dish towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, and dryer sheets were all provided. It's the little things!We got to meet the sweet owner of the home the first night we were there. So nice to know she was a phone call away!Overall a great visit and perfect first-time vrbo experience!

The add was correct WELCOME TO PARDISE. We stayed at the resort for a week. one of the best vacations we have had in 20 years. Everything was just as advertised. the house was clean and, comfortable with everything we needed. We used the beach area and thoroughly enjoyed evenings at the pavilion. I wanted to play golf and we were 5 miles from the golf course. the facility is conveniently located to the grocery store for the last-minute items. I would not change anything about out stay. The best part of our weeks was meeting the Owners/Property managers Marian and Brad. You could not ask for a better host. They checked on us every day to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Both of them treated us as if we were family. I never felt like they were going out of their way to accommodate us, they were just dam friendly, good people respectful of our privacy. you could tell they were just them being themselves. We will be back.

We stayed at house #1 and friends stayed at house #2. We all had a great time on the lake. Amenities provided, such as kayaks, grills, covered deck, etc. were all used and appreciated. Location is very convenient and the ability to dock our boat and jetski right at the property was so convenient and helped make the stay even better. Homes were clean and well equipped with kitchen utensils, coffee maker (thank you!) appliances, etc. Bedrooms were perfect, laundry was so helpful and AC worked great. Could not have asked for a better stay!

The home was amazing, with great space, very clean, very comfortable and the access to the lake was ideal. Two families of four stayed at the house and fit perfectly, the adults each had a separate room and the teens enjoyed the room with the bunk beds. We rented the pontoon boat which was convenient and easy to access beautiful Lake Martin. The owners were great and super helpful. Will stay again at Holiday Cove.

Beautiful properties with large porches for entertaining.The houses are tastefully built and decorated. The cove is quiet and peaceful. Canoes, kayaks, and water toys for adults and children. The boathouse/ dock is great for just hanging out right on the water.

Absolutely loved our vacation! The house was very nice and very clean! We really enjoyed the covered dock and the beautiful view. It was such a relaxing place to get away to. We got to meet the owners during our stay and their hospitality was great. We will definitely go again!

Our stay at the lake was absolutely amazing. The breathtaking view of the lake was incredible, and so refreshing. I am definitely going to be staying here again. I highly recommend this place to everyone. The owners our amazing people who take pride in providing the best experience possible.

So I've seen people list pros and cons of the places they've stayed in and initially I thought I would do the same only I cant..... I don't have any cons re: Holiday Cove If I could offer 1 tip, it would be that if you book a stay in late Feb, just know the lake is a ghost town until Mid-March. This was not really an issue for our stay as we were there for rest & relaxation on our honeymoon so it felt like we had the WHOLE lake to ourselves. The owner was soooo kind and made our stay all the more enjoyable. I would highly recommend one rent any of her properties as you can tell she takes pride in her homes and genuinely wants guests to have a fabulous stay (which we did) Can't say enough good things about the house or home-owner. Kitchen was stocked with essentials for cooking which was a plus as my husband cooked everyday. The owner is a text/call away but I didn't have any issues so I didn't need to reach out. This is for sure the place to rent on the lake!!

We enjoyed our stay at Holiday Cove. Well stocked, clean , nicely decorated house. The community dock is very nice and we rented the owner’s boat which was super convenient. We loved Lake Martin , it is just lovely ! We took our sons to Chimney Rock to jump , tubed , and played cards . Such a fun family weekend ! The owners take care of this property of 4 homes on this cove and it’s a little oasis !

The property was as described on the site. The owners were fast when we needed assistance. The cleaning services are contracted out and definitely could have been better. The beach area need a little TLC. Overall a great place.
