It's close to downtown venues and the Beltway, and within walking distance to restaurants. I highly recommend a stay there. ”

“Th air conditioner didn’t work and spent the weekend in an 80 degree room. Maintenance came and after an hour working on it they said the motor was bad. I’ve been trying to contact the front desk all day but that seems to be impossible. I will never stay here again. I’ll go back to my normal hotel in ATL the Hilton Inn. ”

“We stay here regularly because of the staff, restaurants, and location. However, the room conditions have been noticeably degrading over the last few stays. Floors are showing signs of heavy wear, mini-fridges are old, some bath fixtures are in need of an upgrade. We will continue to stay here, but I think an upgrade in certain areas is necessary.”

“I have stayed at this property before when it was under different management, and based on that experience, I expected a much higher standard. Unfortunately, the property has declined significantly. The common areas were noticeably unclean, and the issues continued in our room. The first room we were assigned had not been cleaned at all, which required us to request a new room. While we were moved, the second room still did not meet basic cleanliness standards. In addition, the balcony door did...

“The parking was great, no issues at all. For those wanting to go to the fox theater, this is the perfect location. My issue with this property? The access key cards for the rooms never worked properly. Literally! After a long day, you want to just go to your room and relax. This was not the case, I had to always go back and forth downstairs to the lobby to get my card reset. 2nd, the rest room were way too small. Literally too small! ”

“The photos are all FAKE!! This place is TRASH upon pulling into the parking area it all feels sketchy... People are wondering around who appear to be lost or homeless . The intercom looks new and up to date, but once you get in the lady at the desk was very unfriendly. She gave me the assigned door code by showing me the # in her note section of her iPhone. The elevator was CREEPY and halls were filthy. The room was hands down to much to even explain just don't waste you time, money, or energy...
