“The fore alarm went off in oir room at 7:12 am.
Went to front desk, the "Suoervisor", said there is nothing she could do.
Maint. Showed up 2 hour's, 1 minute later.. my 1 grandaughter is deaf, wears hearing aides, my daughter had to leave with her this whole time until the smoke detector was repaired. .I asked a manager to please call me, left my name, cell, and room number..No call, no apology either..
Staff needs to be better trained on how to handle situations..”

“We loved the hotel & the team that checked us in was awesome. We used the outside firepit area and it was lovely. Loved the fruited water option in addition to thr coffee. The only issue we had was 0 maid service while we were there for 2 nights. ”
