“Ryokan Sansuiso is a great! Stayed once as a solo traveler. It felt safe and clean. I had a room with the bathroom. Tatami mats are comfortable and the a/c runs well. Second time, we had hall bathrooms, which are right around the corner. It feels like someone’s home and not hotel. It’s a home and feels like it. We booked 3 rooms for 5 nights. “4년 전쯤 방문하고 이번이 두번째 방문인데 2층이 리모델링 되면서 더 깔끔해졌습니다. 완전 독채 빌라라서 소음에 크게 구애받지 않아도 되서 좋았습니다. 2층이 침실이고(싱글침대 4개) 1층에 코타츠가 있어서 술 사와서 밤에 마시기 좋습니다. 4명이서 친구 혹은 가족 여행에 추천합니다. 호텔보다 더 재밌는 경험이 될 수 있습니다.”

“夜中の0時にエアコンの異音で目が覚めました。 フロア中に響く音で眠れず、対処法を知りたくてサポートデスクに電話をしましたが誰も見に行くことができない。エアコンのコンセントを抜いて対処するよう言われました。8月の熱帯夜にエアコンなしで眠るのは難しかったです。 コンセントを抜いても異音は収まらず、諦めて夜中ホテルを出て別の場所で過ごしました。”
