“Very close to the beach . This hotel is on the Main Street of by port Douglas at the beach end . The staff were helpful and excellent . In the foyer area they have beach chairs umbrellas towels and everything you need to use on the beach . The hotel also has a shower outside to wash off beach sand as well they have a well kept pool ”

“Absolutely loved staying at Hibiscus. The property was lovely and quiet. Rooms are very spacious and well equipped. Check in after hours was smooth and all staff were very friendly and helpful. It’d definitely stay there again. ”

“Excellent property, great pools, very smart. Our room was a bit small and the TV was pretty hopeless - we couldn’t cast to it so the range of programming was very limited. But overall a lovely place.”

“What a little slice of paradise Pool Resort is! We thoroughly enjoyed our 7 day stay - leaving was so hard! The pool itself is stunning, the rooms are extremely well appointed and Brigid and Heather are just the most welcoming and lovely hosts. Can’t recommend this place more highly. It’s a little way out of the town centre, but the reliable local shuttles get you anywhere you need to go within the town. Perfect stay! ”

“Wonderfully quiet, walkable distance from the shops and the marina. Very friendly staff. Excellent for a relaxing peaceful stay. ”

“Ottima struttura, vicino alla spiaggia: appartamento grande e ben arredato con balcone e con cucina molto ben attrezzata. La piscina del resort ha l'acqua riscaldata! C'è il garage e la lavanderia. È molto vicino alla spiaggia e a pochi minuti di auto dal centro. Ottimo servizio di reception e assistenza anche per prenotazioni di escursioni.”

“The room was spacious and clean. We thought the limited front desk time would be challenging but they communicated well with easy instructions so no problem at all. The pool is a bit kiddish but I donot come to Port Douglas to swim in a pool. Parking space is tight but manageable.”
