From clean comfortable rooms, fantastic staff which was always available and helpful, a breakfast with a wide variety of delicious options. “The rooms' A/C is lousy. The staff at the reception kept on telling me I did not pay (even though I did in advance) because they did not look at the correct one (didn't matter I insisted that I have paid already). “We had a lovely experience at Hotel Valz. The hotel is actively run by two families and the staff are very friendly. We stayed for 9 nights and commutated into Shkoder to watch our son play basketball at tournament. It’s about 30mins from Shkoder and close to the beaches. The area is still ”

“La chambee est super grande est rres propre, un mini appartement, pas d'accueil physique mais la personne qui est en contact par message est tres reactive et sympathique, aucun souci a avoir. Et le logement se situe dans une rue anime et dans le centre ville. ”

“We had to change room during our stay and the personal had no compassion for this inconvinience. Also the staff at the hotel played really loud personal music everywhere at the hotel. The room, specially the bathroom was not clean. Would not recommand anybody to stay at this hotel.”
