The rooms' A/C is lousy. The staff at the reception kept on telling me I did not pay (even though I did in advance) because they did not look at the correct one (didn't matter I insisted that I have paid already). Lake view from the room is breathtaking, staff is very helpful and friendly… access is very steep and there are no elevators but it easily manageble. Facility looks new.
