We were offered to upgrade but he did not say there was a time limit or had to be decided right then. When we asked about it after he was quite rude in his tone stating it was too late, we would have to pay for another room. After I proceeded to say it was fine. “The staff was great and very friendly. The breakfast was basic but decent. I love that they have coffee available all hours in the lobby. The rooms are a little outdated but clean. The TV is a little small for these days. Overall, it was a comfortable and quiet stay. ”

But no big deal. Then I see .. another full room rate charge. Left room in perfect condition literally just went in slept and left. Worker either is scamming people intentionally or Expedia is trash. Never using this app again. ”
