“Sheets had "hair pieces " at least 10. Toilet had toilet paper in it. The AC/heater(living room ) rattled throughout the night. Tub filled up. Right out the windows was the apartment neighbors window. It was sold out for the night so no switching rooms”

“Didn’t like that there was restaurants in hotel rather than breakfast. No microwave in rooms. Got locked out of room day of checkout almost 2 hours before checkout time. Had to have staff reopen it because they couldn’t get me a new a key that worked. Staff was very helpful. Overall stay was good”
