“Really nice clean room and the staff were more than helpful and friendly however the food was unfortunately a disappointment with the rib eye steak being of poor quality, the onion rings being undercooked and the mushrooms being cold. The wait for food was also longer than expected. ”

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and the service truly stood out. We also loved the restaurant - great atmosphere and delicious, high-quality food. “We had a great stay at Keep Cottage. The cottage is in a perfect position for exploring Pickering but at the same in a lovely quiet location a stones throw from the old castle. Parking was on the street but never a problem. The cottage was warm, cosy and well equipped. We would definitely stay again.”

“Lovely place, beautiful food and a really nice room and ambience. But what really made this place was the wonderful warm staff. The lady on arrival was really welcoming, the girl looking after us for food was very attentive and the gentleman who welcomed us at breakfast was delightful. Would highly recommend and will be back in future, thankyou so much!”
