“Very noisy. Insufficient soundproofing from the aircraft noise.
They dont even provide a complimentary bottle of water.
Poor breakfast. Most of the thing of the menu are not available.
They block 150% of the amount to pay at the checkin, and then every 2 days they charge 33%, so at the checkout you need at least 250% of the amount in your plafon”

“Purtroppo devo lasciare una recensione non troppo positiva in quanto la struttura è molto vecchia e andrebbe decisamente rinnovata. Il soggiorno non risulta confortevole. Ascensore paurosamente rumoroso e zona colazione poco pulita. L'unica nota posita lo staff, molto gentile e disponibile e la vicinanza all'aeroporto. In zona si trova sicuramente di meglio.”

“Be prepared to see a lot of charges on your card. I booked my stay through Expedia and paid it. I when I got there they said they needed to do a $200 hold on my card for any incidentals. I bought the “meal pass” which was a rip off. $175 for $120 credits for food and it was not explained by the employees. They said it covered breakfast, lunch and dinner. “Called hotel from the airport around 10:30pm to order the free shuttle. No answer - tried several times and just rang out. Ended up getting an Uber. Arrived around 11pm. Customer service from the front desk was virtually non existent, so was not surprised nobody picked up the phone when I called. Was asked if I needed the shuttle in the morning but was then told all the early shuttles were already fully booked. The room itself was fine other than very poor water pressure from the bathroom sink...
