Clean modern style home with southwestern charms - stucco exterior, river rock fireplace, spiral staircase, Spanish tile floors, and more. The house has 3 levels - backyard parking space, main living floor and vast deck area, and second living floor. The floor plan is open and decor is artful with no clutter but has everything you need.

There is an in-law suite with its own rear entrance which is also Vrbo unit. You will not share anything with the suite guest unless you have more than 3 vechcles, to need to share the parking space in the rear of the building.


Important notes:

1) Our nightly rate includes the first 6 guests. With each additional guest, a $35/night fee will be applied. When number of guests are input in the booking request, the accurate rent quote is provided before the reservation is finalized. Early check in or late check out with a fee only if available ($50 per hour) . Late check without pre-approval will be $100 fee per 30 minute.

2) We have a very strict No Large Gathering, Events or Party Policy. The only guests allowed on property for the entire duration of your stay are the people registered on the reservation and rental agreement (or those agreed upon prior to the beginning of your stay). Unfortunately, anything’s beyond that might lead to a forfeiture of the remainder of your stay and rental payment.
