The location & size are great. We got to check in 1 hour early, yay but overall communication wasn't great. 1 of the toilets was broken w a paper towel sign saying don't use. They didn't fix or refund part of what we paid for...an extra bathroom where 4 people stayed, ending with only 2 working bathrooms.There was loose pavement and a loose step we all tripped over inside. 1 of my guests got a piece of glass in their foot walking barefoot - none of us could do because it was obvious the floor hadnt been swept or mopped. I found crumbs, cobwebs & hair everywhere. We figured out thanks to our allergies the smell we noticed was dust. Opening the wooden blinds I found so many cobwebs & dust. The master bed was broken so I slept in a dip & the window was covered in tape that probably has mold behind or underneath it. Lamps in the bedrooms were broken & the tub downstairs drained so slow everyone took a bath while taking a shower. The pool table had a broken pocket & someone had "stolen" the iron so instead of replacing it before we got there they offered to pay us back if we bought one.The owners refused to refund the cleaning fee for providing a dirty place, took no accountability & said that it was our fault not saying so right when we dropped off our bags to eat dinner... If we could've afforded to cancel and book elsewhere we would have
