I selected this property based on price and proximity to airport with free shuttle. The hotel itself was nice and staff was friendly. I did have to wait over an hour for the shuttle from the airport. It was midnight when I arrived and very tired, so feel asleep quietly despite the traffic hum outside. I did discover a hole in my sheets in the morning. Breakfast was the usual fare and the shuttle came earlier than expected so overall the stay fit my needs.

This was a quick overnight stay in between flights. The property is old and worn out and needs attention. My daughter's bathroom sink in her room was leaking so much she called the front desk. Their response was, "yeah we know."

The property appeared nice on the exterior but, once inside was quite unkempt. The chairs in the lobby were stained and elevator was dirty. Our room wasn’t much better…the couch had stains on it, my daughter tried to turn the lamp on and the lamp shade completely fell off like it had just been propped up to begin with. The bathroom floor was dirty, the toilet paper holders were falling out of the wall. When we left that evening to go and get some dinner, there were two roaches that my daughter and granddaughter killed on our way out. We didn’t bother eating breakfast there after seeing that..

i wish i spent a little more on a different hotel because we waited over an hour in the cold for the hotel shuttle. we were told because the shuttle goes to many other hotels. i also booked this hotel because of the free breakfast and i thought we would have enough time before our early flight. i wasn't aware breakfast starts at 7am.
