This recently remodeled house will meet all of your needs and provide a convenient and comfortable stay. You`ll have all the comforts of home in a bright and open space. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to effortlessly prepare meals for your loved ones. Enjoy a peaceful night`s sleep with only 9 minutes away from DFW airport, restaurants, and entertainment. Spend your days exploring the nearby attractions while having the convenience of all the amenities at your fingertips. Enjoy all the attractions, but come home to the conveniently quiet and comfortable house.
HOUSE RULES
Treat the house like it`s yours
⦁ No parties or events ($500 penalty)
⦁ Pets are welcome, pet fee $50
⦁ No confetti or a $100 penalty fee will be charge
⦁ Little or no noise after 10:00 pm.
⦁ NO SMOKING inside the house under any circumstances. A fee of $500 will be charged

⦁ SMOKE is allowed OUTDOORS! (Pickup cigarette butts)
⦁ Alarm code is the same as the door code, if alarm will be activated for no reason during your stay and police/ firefighters will come a $150 fee will be charge

Cooking Rules
⦁ No fry foods, turmeric, or curry. Is very hard to get rid of the smells ($200 fee)
⦁ Surveillance or recording devices on property, host has installed (1) security cameras outside only, by the front door.
-Please do not have extra people to sleep other than what you made the reservation for otherwise you will be charge a penalty of $50 per person per night

GARBAGE RULES
⦁ If have more than 80gal of garbage (this is what trash can holds) $100 fee will be charge
⦁ Garbage truck pass every Wednesday need to place bags in the side of the road.
⦁ Garbage cans are located in the backyard not visible from the street.

PETS RULES
⦁ Pets are welcome, with a pet fee of $50 per pet/stay
⦁ Please pick up after your pet or a $100 penalty fee will be charged
⦁ Sofas are not for the pets. Is really hard to get rid of pet`s hair

Mets Needs

Let me start by noting the things we like: 1. The house was spacious, recently remodeled, and aesthetically appealing. 2. The king and full-sized beds were very comfortable. 3. The owners had good communication and were flexible and accommodating. Below are a list of things to note before reserving. We didn't think they warranted a dink in the rental's ratings, but are good to know. 1. The house comes with the bare minimum. There was only 1 towel in the kitchen. No rags, no toaster, no baking sheets, no cleaning supplies. Just the right number of trash bags and dish pods for your stay. 2. The furniture is not very sturdy and the dishwasher is a bit older, but they were able to meet our needs. 3. The bunk beds are not very comfortable for adults. However, the rest of the beds were great. All in all, my family and I had a nice stay. It was a pleasant place to spend Christmas.

Close to both major airports- a big plus!

We like to cook, so it would have been nice to have a few more utensils. This property served its purpose; it provided us a relaxing place to gather and share time with family.
