First Floor Layout/Details:


• Large, open living space perfect for entertaining and relaxing alike. The living room portion seats 6 in front of a 65-inch TV. The dining area has seating for 6, which is conveniently located next to the kitchen bar, which has bar seating for 3.
• Kitchen featuring top-of-the-line appliances and cookware and is stocked with spices, oils, and many other kitchen essentials. Includes fully stocked coffee and tea station with both pod-based and traditional supplies available. See photos for additional details.
• Pool area with seating for 6 plus 2 on additional chaise/loungers. Pool is 3.5 feet deep in the shallow end and 5 feet deep in the deeper end. Full-size Weber Gensis grill for all of your grilling/BBQ needs. Please follow all posted pool area rules during your stay.
• Bedroom with a Casper queen bed, full-size dresser, 55-inch TV, and premium window treatments.
• Half bath stocked with tissues, soap, and other bathroom essentials.

Second Floor Layout/Details:

• Master bedroom (nearly 300 square feet) with ensuite, 2-sink bathroom, and a sizeable double hallway closet. King bed with a Casper mattress and premium bedding. The room has a 65-inch TV, a dresser, a chair for reading, a full-length mirror, and another desk with a chair for working. Premium window treatments for complete control of privacy and lighting in the room.
• Guest bedroom (nearly 250 square feet) with ensuite bathroom with a deep bathtub ideal for soaking. The room also has a King Casper mattress, a 6-drawer dresser, a desk with a chair, a full-length mirror, and a 55-inch TV. Premium window treatments for complete control of privacy and lighting in the room.
• Laundry room features an LG washer and dryer set, an ironing board/iron, and is stocked with detergent, and other laundry essentials.

Pool heating is provided (upon request) at no additional charge. The pool is heated via an electric heat pump and is capable of heating the pool adequately when the air temperature is 65+ degrees. I do my best to keep the pool temperature around 82 degrees from late March to early November, but I can't guarantee the pool will be heated to a certain temperature. To reiterate, the pool is open year-round, but won't be heated from late November to late March.

House Rules:

• NO PARTIES ALLOWED. Please have fun and enjoy the property while being respectful to the neighbors and the surrounding neighborhood.
• Quiet hours begin at 10 pm – especially outside.
• No events and no more than 10 people on the property at any given time without prior approval from the host.

Failure to abide by these rules will result in immediate removal from the property without a refund and will forfeit any deposit.
