Other Things to Note:
**Parking Policy:**
Please be aware that oversized vehicles are not allowed in the parking garage. In accordance with the building’s regulations, large vehicles will be turned away during check-in.

**The following vehicles are restricted:**
1. Cars with breathalyzer systems, makeshift or unsafe controls, or faulty brakes
2. Large vehicles including sprinter vans, extended vans, vehicles seating 10+ passengers, or any vehicle over 6'8" in height
3. Dually trucks or service vehicles with wide wheels, storage compartments, or external equipment
4. Lifted vehicles or those with custom rims and oversized tires
5. Motorcycles or tricycles that do not have traditional car-style controls

**Pet Policy:**
Pets are welcome regardless of size, but prior notification is required. Please inform us ahead of time to prevent any disruptions or cancellations. Cleaning fees are charged as follows:

- $25 per night for stays of 1–4 nights
- $200 per pet for stays of 5–29 nights
- $300 per pet for stays of 30 nights or longer

**Maintenance Note:**
We are not liable for any maintenance or repair issues related to the building structure or common areas.

**Mandatory Guest Verification:**
For the safety and security of all guests, completion of our verification process is required before check-in. This may involve:

- Submitting a valid government-issued photo ID
- Verifying your contact information
- Completing a secure guest verification portal
- Undergoing a background check, if deemed necessary

All information collected is solely for verification purposes and is never stored or shared.

**Rental Agreement Requirement:**
All guests must sign a rental agreement prior to arrival. By confirming your booking, you agree to:

- Adhere to the rental property’s terms and conditions
- Provide valid identification before check-in
- Comply with any background checks requested by the host or property management
- Complete the verification process to receive check-in instructions

Required documents must be submitted within 24 hours of booking (or within 1 hour for same-day reservations). Reservations that do not meet verification requirements may be subject to cancellation.
