The Space:
We’re excited to welcome you to our charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment featuring breathtaking views of Downtown Dallas. This contemporary retreat comes fully stocked with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Other Things to Note:
Please be aware that oversized vehicles are not allowed in the parking garage. Vehicles that exceed the size limits will be refused entry at check-in in accordance with the Building Parking Policy.

Vehicles prohibited include:

1. Cars equipped with breathalyzer devices, makeshift or faulty controls, or defective brakes.
2. Large vehicles such as sprinter vans, extended vans, those seating 10 or more passengers, or any vehicle taller than 6'8".
3. Dually trucks or service vehicles with excessively wide tires, storage lockers, or containers that hinder safe maneuvering.
4. Vehicles with aftermarket lift kits or oversized custom rims and tires.
5. Motorcycles or tricycles without standard car-like controls.

Pets are allowed depending on their size; please inform us in advance to prevent cancellation. A cleaning fee applies per pet as follows:

$25 per night for stays of 1–4 nights
$200 total for stays of 5–29 nights
$300 total for stays of 30 nights or more

Please note that we are not responsible for any maintenance or repairs related to the building.

Clean property, great that there was valet included! Easy to follow instructions to check in and out. No complaints from us but it is very industrial feeling, concrete/brick but adds to the character of the place.
