-Please be mindful of the electricity. We cover up to $300 per month and the excess will be billed back to you.
--We allow well-behaved cats and dogs with a non-refundable deposit ($200 per pet per stay for 30-day stays). Please keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog.
-Please note that there is a penalty fee of $300 if there is a dog in the unit without notifying us.
-Guests are responsible for any damages or breakages that occur during their stay. Please report any issues immediately
-Guests are expected to maintain the cleanliness of the property during their stay. A cleaning fee is charged, but an excessive mess may incur additional charges.
-Please use all appliances and amenities responsibly. Turn off lights, air conditioning, and other electronic devices when not in use to conserve energy.
-Guests are provided access to Wi-Fi. Any illegal or unethical internet activities are strictly prohibited.
-Guests are not permitted to charge electric or hybrid vehicles on the property. Please make necessary arrangements for vehicle charging at designated facilities in the vicinity.
