Nice location and spacious house!

The house is very close to UTD making business trip very easy. It is also clean and spacious, fully equipped kitchen and fast communication with the host. Overall a great stay!

Terrific stay!

First time using VRBO and the host made it incredibly easy with great communication. The property was very clean with easy access. We were comfortable and had a terrific weekend. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful stay

The house was clean, beautiful and so comfortable. The neighborhood was so gorgeous and super quiet which was wonderful. Secluded but so close to lots of restaurants and activities. An oasis in the city.

Awesome Stay!

This was a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. The home was just as depicted in the photos and there was no shortage of amenities. It was a beautiful place to relax after undertaking activities in the DFW area.

Wonderful Stay!

Large house with plenty of space! Nice fenced in backyard with outdoor seating. Home was clean and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay! The owner is super nice and quick to respond to any needs.

Great house with comfy beds

We had a great time at the Canyon Creek Getaway. The house had everything we needed including comfy beds. The back yard is a nice size and my grandkids enjoyed the park that’s in the neighborhood. Carolina responded quickly to questions and seemed to go out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this house!

Excellent property with wonderful hosts

The property was great and the hosts were super. There was a small problem with the hot water in the master bedroom that was cleared up quickly. Communication was fast and clear. I appreciated everything about the stay.

OU/TX Weekend Family Getaway

The home was perfect for our weekend. We have a 2 year old and the home had a highchair, extra strollers, sippy cups, toys and even a crip mattress. There was a park down the street as well. Beds we're comfortable and the TVs were easy to work which is always a plus! We would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay here. I do wish they had regular tv. But not really an issue as we were busy. The master shower is very small. But there is a tub shower in the other bath.

Beautiful home, wonderful neighborhood.

Carolina made the process so easy. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful and the house is everything shown in the pictures. Every single detail is exactly as described so there were no disappointing surprises. I only had to contact the owner once and although we’d figured out what we were looking for before the response, it was still rapid and detailed. What I loved most about this listing is that each room has its own bed and is comfortable enough to sleep 8 without having a twin bed and a set of bunk beds in one room. This is what attracted us to the listing. The house is centrally located with several shopping centers as well as a hospital within just a few miles. My family and I had a wonderful stay and we would highly recommend this listing to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a personal environment for several days.

Nice, with a few things that need tweaking

We had a pleasant stay. We enjoyed the patio, and being able to sit in different spaces and not get on each other‘s nerves when we were hanging out. It was sort of difficult with six adults, well basically for adults using the same bathroom. The shower in the master bedroom did not get hot, perhaps a little tepid is all. The one bedroom by the kitchen was adequate, but rather small, and no place to hang clothes. Since we were here for a wedding, we need to hang close in the front closet. I was the one in the small bedroom. I used a drawer for a night table.😁 I loved that there were enough outlets, because we were all charging our electronics. The air conditioner is extremely loud, Enough to disrupt sleep., But I don’t know if if there’s anything to Help quiet that. Other than doubt we enjoyed our stay very much.

Wonderful Christmas reunion

Had a family reunion at this property with 6 people. Fully furnished wonderful place with fireplace. Garage and easy access to amenities in the community. Was in an upper class part of Richardson so you didn’t have to worry about crime. Park was two blocks away. Had good WiFi, a tv in living room and main bedroom that had access to streaming networks you good login to if you had paid subscriptions as well as Roku channels. Comfy for the family. Only downside we noticed was we made a Christmas dinner and was limited with the amount of pans available to cook with. Also for a place that can hold 8 people there is not enough plates and bowls. We bought a potato peeler and left it there for the next person. Previous guests and hosts have left items for future use such as oils, seasonings, coffee, oatmeal’s and things that won’t spoil. Host was quick with response and property was easy to check in and out. Wife and I slept in the master and the bed was comfy so was living room couch. Home is fully equipped but shows some age but smells good and is kept clean. Well lit and would be a pleasant home if occupied as that.

Beautiful Home Just as Described

The home was beautiful in a nice safe area outside of Dallas. The owners were very accommodating when I accidentally booked the wrong dates for our stay. We were also able to check in early. Enough space to comfortably fit 7 adults.

Great Neighborhood, very comfortable

We were traveling to Dallas for a wedding with five kids. This home was spacious, safe, and perfect for us to spread out, play games, and even host guests. The home is beautiful, clean, and we'll stocked. It was so easy to check in and out. Less than 30 min to the airport. Everything was great.

Great for our needs

Went for a graduation, house has everything we needed to fix a few meals. Comfortable beds and very clean. Only complaint was there needs to be more seating, maybe another couch for lounging around. Close to plenty of restaurants and activities.
