The Space:

This modern and comfy space guarantees a memorable experience with its stylish design, impeccable cleanliness, and carefully selected amenities.

• The living room features a spacious, comfortable sectional facing the entrance, providing an ideal setting for relaxation and socializing while enjoying movies or television programs.

• Equipped with a 55-inch 4K UHD Smart TV, Netflix included, the living room offers entertainment options.

• A coffee table and high-speed Wi-Fi connectivity enhance the living room’s ambiance.

• The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances for home-cooked meals, including a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, sink, coffee machine, coffee and creamer, Brita water filter, drinkware, silverware, pots, and pans.

• The dining room features a cozy table with six comfortable chairs, providing a perfect setting for meals while watching television.

• Bedroom 1 includes a comfortable bed, nightstands with lamps, an office desk with chair and lamp, and an additional premium queen-sized air mattress.

• Bedroom 2 features a queen-sized bed, nightstands with lamps, and all necessary linens.

• The unit comprises two full bathrooms, each equipped with essential toiletries and towels, including a bath, shower, wash basin, mirror, and toilet.

• Provided Items: Towels, makeup towels, and essential toiletries are provided. Guests are not required to bring their own toiletries.



Guest Access:

• The apartment is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay, without interruption.

• Free parking is available on the complex for one vehicle.

• Parking for a second vehicle is available for $25 nightly during the week and $50 nightly on weekends.

• The first free vehicle must be parked in the spaces labeled “Permit” only.

• The second paid vehicle must be parked in the spaces labeled “Guest”.

• You will register your vehicle using the provided links at check-in.

• Parking in front of the building is not guaranteed, but you can use any available spaces within the property following the rules.

• The complex is built to accommodate one visitor per unit, but all parking spaces may occasionally be occupied due to high traffic.

• If all parking spaces are occupied, contact us for a resolution or alternative.



Other Things to Note:

The health, safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance! For this reason, we pride ourselves in our cleanliness protocol to ensure we exceed every guest's expectation before, during and after they leave.

•A flat $25 pet fee per pet per night applies for approved pets.

•Note: Pets must be on a leash when roaming within the complex.

•UNDECLARED PETS: $200 FEE IF NOT INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION COUNT BEFORE CHECK-IN.

•Early check-in fee of $40 (must be requested before 9am on day of check in)

•Late check-out fee of $100

•Trash Disposal Policy - Please bag all trash and place it in the designated on-site bins before checkout. Leaving more than one bag behind may be considered excessive and could result in a $50 fee. Thanks for helping us keep the home clean and ready for the next guests!
