• Watch the big game or your favorite movie in our spacious living room with a 75" smart TV with access to streaming services + fireplace (Not for use by guests) + comfortable and modern seating!



• Enjoy our backyard with heated swimming pool/spa, lounge chairs, outdoor fire pit set, 120" Projector screen, and gas BBQ grill (propane is provided).



***If you want the pool heated, you need to let us know a minimum of 24 hours in advance, as it takes a long time to heat this much water. There is a fee of $75 per day to heat the pool. Upon request and payment, the pool will be heated to a max temp of 85 degrees. The spa heating is INCLUDED in your stay.





Layout & sleeping arrangements:

• Bedroom 1 has 2 queen size bed, Walk-in closet with shelves and hangers, a 55" Roku Smart TV, a desk w/ chair, and attached full bathroom with dual rain show heads.

• Bedroom 2 has 2 queen size beds and a closet with shelves and hangers.

• Bedroom 3 has 2 queen size beds, a closet with shelves and hangers, and direct access to Jack & Jill full bathroom.

• Bedroom 4 has 1 queen size bed, two closets with shelves and hangers, a desk and chair, and direct access to Jack & Jill full bathroom.



Guest access:



You'll have 100% privacy inside this home and the check-in process is fully automated.



Parking: Street parking in front of home, and spot in back driveway can accommodate two small vehicles.





Other things to note:



We don't allow more than 14 guests, even if they're not staying the night. No exceptions.



We cannot offer early check-ins or late check-outs at this home due to the time it takes us to clean it after each guest.



Up to 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $200 and must be pre-approved before your stay.



Booking includes resort quality cleaning, freshly laundered sheets and towels for all guests, as well as all consumables including toilet paper, soap, shampoo, coffee, tea, and a whole lot more.

About the neighborhood:



Our house is located in a quiet neighborhood in Richardson, Texas. We’re only a 25 min drive from the Dallas Love Field airport and about 30 min from the DFW airport. 20 min to Downtown Dallas.



⭐⭐ HOUSE RULES ⭐⭐

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING:



• Our house max is 14 guests and anyone coming to the home counts towards that total regardless of how many are staying the night.



• Check-in is from 4:00pm to 10:00pm. • Check-out time is 10:00 AM SHARP as cleaning staff will arrive to prepare for same day guests checking in.



• We cannot offer early check-ins or late check-outs at this home due to the time it takes us to clean it after each guest.



• This is a home, not a hotel. There is no on-site staff and we cannot provide 24/7 support. If an issue arises, message us and we’ll take care of it as quick as we can.



• This home is meant for quiet, respectful enjoyment. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE.



• A City noise ordinance is in effect 10PM-7AM. Bluetooth speakers are NOT allowed at this home due to the excessive noise they cause. We have a noise monitoring device installed in the property that will send you and us alerts if it detects excess noise and/or crowding/smoking.



• This is a non-smoking home including the garage (including e-cigarettes / vaping). A $500 cleaning fee will be assessed to remove odor if this rule is broken. Smoking can only be done outdoors.



• The use of illegal drugs or the practice of any illegal activity on the property is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. If this rule is broken, it will be reported to the authorities and you will be required to immediately vacate the property.



• Please clean up after yourselves, bag all trash, and replace any moved furniture to the way you found it. If cleaning is required above and beyond a normal cleaning, the extra cost will be passed onto the guest.



• If any personal belongings are left behind, they will be kept for 24 hours after check-out. After that time, they will be thrown away.



• There will be a $250 fine per night for exceeding our guest max.



• Please note that while our pool is generally crystal clear year round, no refunds will be given if the pool is unusable during your stay due to unforeseen circumstances. Some things are just outside of our control.



• Pool Hours: 7AM-10PM

• Use of the pool is done at your own risk and you agree to hold Hosts harmless.



By booking this home, you are agreeing to these house rules and you agree to hold yourself liable for any personal injuries that may occur during your stay.



Guest Access:

Entire home is accessible for guests minus two hall closets and pantry which is used for housekeeping.



Other Things to Note:

Fireplace is not operable and not to be used by guests.
