Incredibile grande casa 5 camere da letto a Dallas con PISCINA e TUB CALDO INCREDIBILE situato in un quartiere tranquillo di lusso vicino al centro. Open space ideale per grandi gruppi in cerca di intrattenimento privato e rilassante spazio esterno. Progettato e decorato in modo professionale, questa bella casa a un solo piano (NO STEPS) è una festa da non perdere! Dispone di una cucina completamente attrezzata, bar, tavolo da biliardo, posti a sedere da pranzo per 15, granito di fascia alta, legno duro e mobili in tutto. Non rimarrete delusi!

LO SPAZIO: progettato per intrattenere, l'enorme piano piano aperto è ideale per grandi gruppi. Un sacco di posti a sedere con enorme sezionale in pelle, TV 4K da 65 "e Internet ad alta velocità. Il bar è dotato di un fabbricatore di ghiaccio, frigorifero per vino, Amazon Echo (musica). Puoi mescolarti al bar, giocare a biliardo o divertirti con attività all'aperto come Ping Pong, Beer Pong e Corn Hole.

5 CAMERE DA LETTO: La master suite è ampia e confortevole con un letto matrimoniale e un HDTV 4K da 55 ". Doccia per due persone con due soffioni regolari e un terzo, soffione a pioggia. Completato con doppio lavabo e cabina armadio. Tutte le camere sono dotate di ventilatori a soffitto, TV HD e letti super comodi. Accesso diretto ai bagni da 3 camere da letto. Le altre 2 camere da letto accedono al bagno con vasca idromassaggio e doccia attraverso la hall.

CUCINA E PRANZO: La cucina spaziosa, COMPLETAMENTE ATTREZZATA consente a numerose persone di preparare i pasti e include una gamma KitchenAid 36 "a doppia alimentazione. Due sale da pranzo con 15 posti a sedere abbondanti. Frigorifero extra in garage.

ESTERNO: la piscina ha illuminazione a LED e una profondità massima di circa 5,5 piedi che la rende adatta ai bambini. Spa di fascia alta per 8 persone. Molti posti a sedere all'aperto e sala da pranzo complimentati con TV. Ha sia una griglia a gas che una griglia a carbone.

Adatto per l'handicap. Nessun passaggio in casa quando si accede dal vialetto.

This was an amazing weekend! House was centrally located close to 75. Plenty of beds and space for everyone. We had a bit of a hiccup with hvac but was completely fixed in record time. Blake was so responsive and helpful. He was a great host. We will be renting again when we come to Dallas.

This house had everything we could have possibly needed! There were plenty of bedrooms and more importantly plenty of beds so all the adult kids had their own bed. The outside space was well appointed but we didn’t use it much because we were there in December. No issues at all, but when we did have a question or a request the hosts were extremely responsive.I’d stay there again!

Everything about this home and location was perfect. I hosted a group of 15 women (50) for the weekend. We enjoyed the pool, bar, open concept home, kitchen, walked a few miles in the beautiful neighborhood. The layout was just what we needed and the accommodations were great! The only reason I contemplated not giving 5 stars across the board was due to an issue primary restroom, which was communicated with management and I'm certain will be resolved and the lack of toilet paper onsite (a run to Kroger fixed that)We will definitely recommend this location, should anyone want to host large guests in the N. Dallas Area. Our group was in town for the State Fair and we felt this location was close enough-20 min Uber ride away. My communication with management was consistent, helpful, courteous and immediate! Great home!
What a tranquil space🥰 Home came equipped with beach towels as well.

Absolutely a beautiful home. Tons of space and the beds were very comfortable. There was 11 of us and there were still more room for more people never did we feel like we were bumping into each other. The kitchen was well stocked and a great place to connect in the morning. We were in Dallas for a conference, so our only disappointment was that we weren’t able to be at the house more and take advantage of the pool. If there is a way to keep the leaves and debris out of the pool a bit more that would be a bonus, but we certainly didn’t let that stop us from enjoying it. Blake was excellent at communication and being able to drop off our bags early was very helpful. Thanks again, Blake. We would love to come and stay at your property again for sure.

Great place for a group in Dallas!

The property was as advertised, pool and hot tub were nice and operational, and almost everything about the property was great! The air conditioning took a little bit to catch up the first night we were there, and there were a few random cleaning issues (crumbs in couch cushions, a random piece of clothing left from previous occupants).Overall great place and would recommend!

5 Starts - Perfect stay in Dallas!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful Dallas home! The house was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable — perfect for our group. With four well-appointed bedrooms, everyone had plenty of space to relax and unwind. The highlight was definitely the pool! It was the perfect spot to lounge and made our stay feel like a true vacation.The location was also great — close enough to the city for restaurants and entertainment, but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood that felt peaceful and safe. The hosts were responsive and made check-in and check-out super easy. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely book again next time we’re in town!

Incredible place to stay!

We were beyond impressed with our stay at this location! Everything was as described in the listing, and the owners have gone even beyond! From coffee flavoring to extra beds/pack’n plays they have thought of everything! I’ve never stayed in a more organized or well prepared VRBO! This was by far our best experience ever. Also, if I could give bonus stars for cleanliness I would! Not only were the amenities available, they were high quality. Finally, the owners were impeccable with communication. Responses were helpful and timely. Would highly recommend staying here if at all possible! Truly appreciate all the effort that has gone into making this an all time favorite place to stay!

Awesome house, fun for everyone, great size, perfect family house

The rooms are big, the pool table was a real hit, the hot tub and heated swimming pool were fun, the bathrooms huge and great showers, the beds comfortable. It was just a very nice place for our whole family to come and visit our daughter for thanksgiving.

Beautiful House - Just as Pictured

I had a retreat for a group of 7 women and this house was wonderful! The kitchen is wonderful and had everything we needed, the living room and dining areas were perfect for relaxing and spending time together and the pool was so much fun! We even snuck in some ping pong and a game of pool. Our host was very communicative and helpful. HIGHLY recommend!

Home during the solar eclipse

We had a fantastic stay in this home and was able to experience the solar eclipse from the pool and backyard - amazing experience. We had a very nice interaction with Blake before and during our stay and he responded promptly to our requests. Highly recommendable house for a large group.

Perfect spot for a Girls Weekend

We had nine of us in town for a “Say Yes to the Dress: Mother of the Bride/Groom Edition” and this house was the perfect place to stay! It was spacious and comfortable and provided us with a great place to relax and have fun after long days of shopping! I would definitely book here again and highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in this area!
