Beautiful 4-bedroom king-size suite. Dallas home with cozy patio.

Relax in Dallas in this cozy home. With 4 bedrooms, including a king bed, a queen bed, and two full beds, guests will have plenty of space to spread out. The property also features two bathrooms with a shower and bathtub. For your comfort, we provide air conditioning, heating, an iron, and a hairdryer. We believe our accommodation will help you discover all that Dallas has to offer.

Welcome to your home away from home. Our cozy retreat features a spacious backyard, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Grill with a firepit for a family barbecue while the kids explore the charming treehouse, splash in the sand pit, or gently swing on the swing set. The fully fenced yard offers privacy and tranquility.
We're just 9 miles from downtown Dallas, the Dallas Arboretum, and White Rock Lake, allowing you to easily enjoy the best of the city and return to a peaceful and comfortable space. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway or a longer stay, you'll have everything you need to relax, recharge, and make lasting memories.

NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS -

We encourage you to enjoy our home, but please remember that only registered guests are permitted during your rental period. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any inquiries. If you're uncertain about whether your stay falls within these guidelines, please consult with us before booking.

- NO INDOOR SMOKING -

Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited. A violation will incur a $500 fine. If you or any member of your group wish to smoke, please do so outdoors and ensure all cigarette butts are properly disposed of.

★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★

Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so they can enjoy a perfect vacation! We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $120 per pet (maximum of 3 pets per stay). Please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure a comfortable stay for you and your four-legged companions.Please pick up any waste from your pets, particularly from the backyard.

- If a late check out is approved, the standard fee is $100.

- HOUSE RULE VIOLATIONS -

Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancelation of the reservation with no refund to the guest and loss of any security deposit.

- PEST CONTROL -

This home features a garden area. Even though our pest control service goes out to the home at least once a month, you might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors, such as spiders, ladybugs, ants, or even bees. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified. We strive to keep the house clean and have monthly pest control measures in place.

Our nightly rate includes the first 9 guests. With each additional guest, a $39/night fee will be applied.

The house was comfortable to stay in. We didn’t use the kitchen. When we arrived at 8 pm, it was 40 degrees outside and 54 degrees in the house. The thermostat was turned off and there was a lot of cold air coming in thru the area with the A/C units exhaust. The house was SO cold. We got it warmed up eventually.

Kid friendly but large wasp nest were under tree house. Also not ready clean around tree house . Also there were a few issues but made the best until check out. They then claimed I had violated some house rule i ask for videp proof of the violation in which i was being charged and additional fee was not happy.

My family and I enjoyed this nice cozy house. The host was very quick with his response when he was needed. Safe and quiet neighborhood. If you have little ones the “tree house” is a nice add on, so cute. overall the house is a great place for a family to stay.
