We offer 2 free parking for guests. To ensure smooth parking registration with the complex, KINDLY PROVIDE THE MAKE, MODEL, AND DISPLAYED LICENSE PLATE of your vehicle at least 10 hours before your check-in date. We’ll handle the registration for you!
Parking in front of the building isn’t guaranteed, but you can use any available spaces within the property following the rules. Complexes are built to accommodate one visitor per unit. Even so, all parking spaces may occasionally be occupied due to high traffic, but if contacted, we can always provide a resolution or alternative.
I am accessible to my guests via phone or through the Airbnb app.
Expect a quick and prompt response. I give my guests space but am readily available if needed.

NO PARTIES OR SMOKING ALLOWED! We have Minut noise detectors in every unit and can monitor the noise level at all times and detect smoke at all times. Please be respectful of your neighbors and keep the noise at a reasonable level. We will reach out if the decibel level exceeds our threshold and will cancel reservation and evict if noise persists.
$400 fee if found in violation of party or smoking policy.
Excessive Cleaning Fee: $200 will be charged for any excessive cleaning required.
It shall be unlawful for a guest to use amplified sound equipment that produces sound audible beyond the property line of the premises between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m.
It shall be unlawful for a guest to allow the congregation of occupants outside at the premises between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m.
Lost and Found Policy: Kindly note that a $50 service fee will apply for the return of any lost items, whether retrieved in person or shipped. This fee is intended to cover the time, coordination, and administrative effort required to process and facilitate the return of the item. Please also be advised that all lost and found items will be securely held in the office for a maximum period of 1 week from the date the item is recovered. Undeclared Pets: Guests must declare all pets on their reservation count before check-in. If evidence of an undeclared pet is found, a $200 fee will be charged.
Undeclared/Unapproved Guests: For the comfort and security of all guests, only those included in the reservation are allowed on the property. A penalty of $50 per unapproved guest, per night will apply if we find evidence of undeclared guests during your stay. Please ensure your guest count is accurate at the time of booking or message us to update it prior to check-in.
All additional visitors or guests must be approved by us. Any violations will result in a fine, and any liability or damages caused by them will be charged to the guest who made the reservation. We are not responsible for their actions.

This was a great stay! The host is amazing and very communcative! The place was exactly like it was on the listing. Its on the top floor which is the 3rd and I was happy about not having someone over us. This place is easy to get in and out of which is a big deal for me. It was clean which also is a big deal for me. It was made very simple for us to stay in and enjoy our time there. We stayed for 3 nights and it was great! I will definitely book again and recommend! The open space is nice in the common area. 10/10.

I stayed at this property for 2 nights; my son for 5 nights.There were pluses and minuses about this apartment.Pluses-Great location. The host was very responsive. Comfortable couch and beds/bedding. The apartment was clean. Thermostat kept the rooms very comfortable. We appreciated having coffee and filters provided.Minuses-When we arrived, one of the toilet seats had been broken and removed and the toilet was clogged. Had to have maintenance come fix/replace these items and they did at 10:30 pm which was late but we appreciated it. The office chair in the master bedroom is broken...or at least it did not look sturdy enough to sit in. We avoided it. The gate to enter the property wasn't working on Day 2 and we had to have the property manager reset it so we could enter the parking lot. Lastly, for an apartment that sleeps 4 people, it only had 2 forks in the kitchen drawers and an inadequate amount of bowls, cups and plates etc. We didn't cook or eat in the apartment so it wasn't a big deal for us but it would definitely be a problem for 4 people who plan to cook/eat.My son needed to extend his checkout by a couple of hours because he needed a secure place with wifi to do a Zoom meeting.The host accommodated us, which we appreciated, but I felt that charging 100 for an additional 2.5 hours was excessive especially considering the inconvenience of the toilet situation.
