The house was generally clean. However, I was really disappointed in the lack of cleanliness of the beds. Regardless of where we stay, whether a hotel or vrbo, I always spray the beds with Lysol. At this property, I pulled back the sheets and there was hair in each of the beds which was apparently left from the last renters. Even worse, one bed had a used Kleenex under the pillow. This was totally unsanitary and unacceptable especially post Covid. In addition, the shower head in the master bedroom came detached when we turned the water on. Apparently, this was an issue prior because the property manager was not surprised as they thought it was fixed. This forced my wife, daughters, and me to using on bathroom. This was an inconvenience.
